Drawing files
Uploaded drawings and generated demo artifacts are removed from active storage after 24 hours. Azure Storage recovery copies may remain for up to seven days because soft delete is enabled for accidental-deletion recovery.
Contact details
We verify the email address you provide before accepting a drawing. We store the verified work email, company, and role so we can understand demo interest and follow up about your result. These details are kept in protected storage and are not included in public analytics.
Product analytics
We use privacy-limited PostHog analytics to count anonymous visits and demo interactions. Automatic click capture, session recordings, page URLs, drawing names, file names, job links, email addresses, company names, and uploaded content are excluded.
Abuse prevention
We use a bot check, signed browser identifiers, and keyed hashes of email and IP address to enforce trial and capacity limits. We do not expose the underlying service, model, prompts, or diagnostic logs through the public demo.
